Positive Social Purpose Investment Program (PSPIP) Policy Map

The General Board has partnered with The Reinvestment Fund (a General Board intermediary) to map its affordable housing and community development locations financed through the PSPIP.  By clicking on the link to Policy Map below, you will be able to view and find information and addresses for many of the General Board's properties.

To navigate to the General Board's map, roll your cursor over "Premium Subscriber Data" in the left-hand column.  When the drop-down box appears, select "General Board of Pension of The United Methodist Church".

You have several options to drill down for more information on our properties:

• Once our name is selected in the left-hand column, roll your cursor over the double arrow for drill-down options;
• OR enter a specific location in the bar at the top of the screen entitled "Set Map Location" to view specific properties in your area;
• OR click on specific points on the map to pull up data on individual locations.  (You may have to zoom in to be able to select a specific point.)

Through the PSPIP, the General Board has properties in all of the 50 states.  While the map provides information for most of our property locations, not all of the properties appear on the map.  This is partly because many recently funded loans are for new construction and not all new roads and addresses have been added to Policy Map.  Also, this map represents loans made by the General Board for individual properties, but does not contain the addresses of properties that are included within pools of mortgages purchased by the General Board.
